When do I have to return the outfit?

You have to return the outfit after your rental period expires. We offer a rental period of 4, 6 or 8 days. Our logistics team will pick up the outfit on the 4th, 6th or 8th day depending on your rental period selection. We will call and/or email you the day before to confirm your availability. If you love your outfit so much that you want to keep it for a little longer, send us an email at support@lionise.in or call us on +91-7982528101 and we’ll work on a special arrangement for you!

How do I return the outfit?

We have ensured easy returns. All you have to do is make sure the outfit is packaged in the same cover and box as it came in after the end of the rental period and our logistics team will pick it up from your doorstep!

To change your pick-up address, please drop an email at support@lionise.in or call at +91 7982528101, two days prior to the scheduled date.

What if I am late returning the outfit?

Oops! That’ll make us sad! We encourage you to avoid that at all costs. We rely on you to return the outfit on time so that we are able to fulfill our promise to our other customers. Sadly, we will have to charge an additional rental amount based on the number of days you are late and this will be adjusted against your security deposit.

I want to cancel my order.

We allow free cancellation. You can request a cancellation by mailing us at support@lionise.in with the order ID and phone number within 12 hours of receiving the outfit.The outfit will be collected on the same day or the next day. We request you to keep the invoices and package of the outfit with you in the same conditions as delivered.

Only after a thorough quality check will a product be applicable for return. If the product does not pass through the quality check, a small amount will be deducted to recover the hygiene charges.

Will I be refunded for cancellation?

What if the outfit doesn’t fit me?

We advise you to see the size guide before ordering any outfit. Avoid ordering outfits not available in your size range.
