Which cities do you deliver to?

We currently deliver only in Delhi NCR. However if you really love our outfits and require a couple of them, drop in a mail at support@lionise.in or whatsapp at +91 7982528101 and we might be able to make a special arrangement for you!

Will you deliver to a different city if I insist?

We’ll do anything for customers who love our outfits. We’ll definitely try to deliver to your city with extra delivery charges. Just drop in an email at support@lionise.in and we’ll work something out for you.

When will you be live in my city?

Write to us at support@lionise.in stating why you want us in your city and we will make sure that our next step is your city!

What happens if I am not at home when you deliver my outfit?

You will receive an email when the outfit is dispatched from our warehouse, and if you are unavailable, we request you to provide us with an alternate address (neighbours can always help during such crisis!) where we can safely deliver your outfit. We regret to inform you that if no one can collect your outfit on your behalf, you will be charged nominal shipping charges.

When will you deliver my order?

To know the status of your order please visit the 'My Orders' or 'Order History' section on the website. The status of your order will be mentioned alongside the OrderID. You can also drop us a mail at support@lionise.in to know about your order status.

How do I reschedule my delivery or pick up?

To reschedule delivery, please write to support@lionise.in with your order ID and the new delivery date and we will get back to you if we can reschedule your delivery or pick up.
